Have you ever taken some time over a cup of tea (or other drink of your choice) and thought about what you really enjoy, what makes you feel alive and perhaps what you want to do more of? If you have, how did that list of wants and desires compare to what you are actually doing? 

​

Well, for me it was less of a conscious thought process and more of a throw-away conversation with a former colleague that actually turned my life on its head. Sitting in-front of a computer, in an air-conditioned office, for 40 hours a week, talking about performance evaluations really was not what I wanted in my life.

​

What I wanted was to be outside in the fresh air, to practice yoga with a sea-breeze winding its way into my lungs, to move my body, regain strength and mobility that I had lost as a result of injury and having a sedentary job. I wanted to put some colour back into my life and to bring some colour into the lives of others in the process. 

​

So, I quit my job, packed the contents of my home into boxes and moved 300-miles to Cornwall. I retrained to become a personal trainer, adding to my yoga teacher qualification gained a few years prior. 

​

And now, here I am. Excited to bring yoga, fitness training and improved mobility into your life. When summer comes along additional classes will be taken outside, making the most of Cornwall's beautiful countryside and beaches.

​

If you're nervous about starting a new fitness programme, or have never tried yoga before, please know that I am here to support you every step of the way. I've been in your shoes, everyone has to start somewhere.
